“The Inevitable Goodbye”
My son is almost 18 - literally just days away and graduation is around the corner. I'm feeling the empty nest blues big time already. What better way to capture that than to set up a goodbye photo this week. Pretty soon he will just be a ghost of an image in the house most of the time, as he'll be away at college and then move on with his own life. No matter how much I reach out, it is inevitable that we will not be together daily anymore. *** I really don't like long shutter week, I feel like there's only a few options that get submitted like night traffic, stars, water, etc. This isn't great in my own opinion, but the idea and working together with my son for it meant a lot.
