“ Playing Games ”
My dad taught me how to play chess when I was 10. It's a hobby that my husband and I share and one we would do often on our dates. I decided this week to show off the unique "travel" chess set we got in Morocco. I'll post the color version on my blog so you can see the wood's beauty and design. A reminder that I am doing black & white photos this year as an extra challenge.
Chess isn't the only game we enjoy but it's one of the smarter ones that really makes you think strategically, it's great to teach kids! When my son was in 4th grade I started a chess club at his school. I love hearing that those kids are still playing at 18, 19, and 20 years old.
