“ Fiona Goes to Washington! ”
Fiona seemed right at home this week when I took her to DC. She had people from opposite sides of the aisle petting her & talking to her & each other in the elevators & hallways. She might have been a little mouthy to the K9 officers though, & she'll have to work on that next time. She also really enjoyed walking up to the Capitol on a cool, but extremely sunny day. I can't tell you how many times I have walked around the Capitol in the past 7 years, but this was the first time I paid attention to the awesome leading lines! I love that the rock walls are 2 lines, the gray inlaid tile lines are another 4, then the chevron gray tiles point the way, & my favorite is the diamond pattern leading up each side. Oh I shouldn't neglect the trees making lines of their own!
(And one clarification - Fiona was on a leash, but for the purposes of this photo challenge, I did Photoshop it out.)
